Suladio, LLC (“Suladio,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. 2. Children Under the Age of 13

The Services are not intended for children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

B. Enterprise Client and Authorized User Information

If you access the Services through an employer, organization, or enterprise client, we may collect information provided by that organization or by you as an authorized user, including name, email address, role, organization, platform usage information, assessment responses, training progress, coaching participation, and account activity.

Your employer or organization may also provide information necessary to create accounts, manage access, assign training, review participation, or administer Services.

C. Assessment Information

Suladio may collect responses and data submitted through DRIVE assessments, questionnaires, profiles, or related tools. This information may be used to generate assessment reports, summaries, training insights, coaching materials, and related Services.

Assessment results are intended for educational, training, communication, leadership, and development purposes. They should not be treated as medical, psychological, employment, legal, or compliance advice.

D. Affiliate Information

If you participate as a Suladio affiliate (“Affiliate”), we may collect information related to your affiliate participation, including commission-related information, referral activity, marketing links, referral URLs, page views, unique user activity, sales performance, social media activity, business communications with us, tax or payment information where required, and other information necessary to administer the affiliate program.

E. Payment, Tax, and Sensitive Information

We may collect payment, billing, tax, or financial information when necessary to process transactions, administer accounts, pay commissions, comply with tax obligations, prevent fraud, or satisfy legal requirements.

Where possible, payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors. Suladio does not intend to collect sensitive information unless necessary for a legitimate business, legal, tax, payment, or security purpose.

7. DRIVE AI Pro and AI-Assisted Features

Some Services may include access to DRIVE AI Pro or other artificial intelligence, automation, or AI-assisted functionality. When you use these features, we may process prompts, inputs, uploaded information, generated outputs, usage data, feedback, and related information to provide the feature, improve performance, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and support the Services.

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-assisted outputs before relying on them.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, regulated data, or information you are not authorized to share into AI-assisted features unless you have confirmed that such use is appropriate and permitted by your organization and applicable law.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may disclose or share personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law.

A. Service Providers and Contractors

If you access the Services through an employer, organization, or enterprise client, we may share certain information with that organization or its authorized administrators, including account status, participation, usage, training progress, assessment completion, reports, summaries, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the Services.

C. Affiliates

Affiliates may have access to limited, non-sensitive information necessary to facilitate referrals, communications, marketing, and support related to Suladio products and services. Suladio does not provide credit card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or tax identification numbers to Affiliates except where expressly authorized, legally required, or necessary for payment or tax administration.

Any marketing programs, websites, applications, software, or materials created by Affiliates are not owned or operated by Suladio unless expressly stated in writing. Suladio is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent Affiliate websites, applications, or services.

D. Parent, Affiliate, Subsidiary, or Related Companies

We may share information with our parent, subsidiary, affiliated, or related companies for business, operational, administrative, legal, security, marketing, and service-related purposes.

E. Legal, Safety, and Compliance Purposes

We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to:
